  1. In the story, when Camilla lies about not liking lima beans, it reminds me of the story A Day's Work. In A Day's Work, the little boy lies to his grandfather about planting the right kind of plant. Both characters learn the lesson that it would have been easier to tell the truth in the first place.

    In the story, when Camilla woke up with a bad case of the stripes and couldn't go to school , it reminds me of when one morning I woke up and didn't feel well I was sick .That day I couldn't go to school .(text to self)

  8. In the story, when Camilla went back to school she was embarrassed about her stripes, this reminded me of the time my sister was embarrassed because she took salad to school for lunch and someone made fun of her.
